Refund policy

If you happen to be dissatisfied with your bag for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, you may return or exchange it. Please keep in mind all of our products are handmade but if there is a product defect we are available by email at jodie@stanleystreetshop.com. 

All items purchased in a flash sale or discounted are considered final sale and will not be considered for return or exchange.
